Introduction

Create rider account

To create a rider account, click the Sign Up button to open the registration modal. Then, select Sign Up As Rider to proceed with the rider-specific registration process.

Now, enter your email or phone number address to continue as rider with the registration process.

Now, enter the all necessary information such as Full Name, Address, Gender, password and confirm password. And of course you have to click the I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkbox.

Then, you will get an OTP verification modal. Enter the verification code you received via email and click the Verify button.

After successfully creating a rider account, you will be redirected to the rider profile panel.

Then, you can verify your profile using your phone number. If you open your account with a phone number, you must also verify your email address on the My Profile page. (Both verifications are required)

Note

If rider has not verified their phone number and email, they will not be able to ride.

Login to rider panel

To log in to the Rider Panel, click the Login button to open the login modal. Then, select Rider and click Login As Rider to proceed with the rider-specific login process.
